PROMOTION TERMS

These terms apply to this promotion. Please print and retain a copy for your records.

1. The promoter for the purposes of this promotion is Fender Musical Instruments Europe Ltd (“we”) whose registered address is at Hill House, 1 Little New Street, EC4A 3TR.

2. The promotion is valid for vouchers redeemed from [18th July 2009 to 30 September 2009], inclusive.

3. The voucher, once printed and completed by you, entitles you to a free Champion 600 amplifier (RRP £159.99) when you purchase a Fender American Standard guitar (RRP £1,169.99).

4. You may redeem vouchers only with participating dealers and only when you buy a new Fender American Standard guitar. This promotion is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equivalent value. Any applicable standard terms and conditions of purchase apply to the purchase of the Fender American Standard guitar and the free Champion 600 amplifier.

5. Each voucher bears a unique serial number. Vouchers will not be accepted if we or the dealer to whom you present the voucher believes that a voucher bearing that serial number has already been redeemed.

6. The voucher has no cash value and may be redeemed only once. Incomplete or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be sold or transferred for value.

7. The voucher may be exchanged for a free Champion 600 amplifier at the point and time at which you purchase a Fender American Standard guitar. A voucher may not be redeemed or exchanged for an Champion 600 amplifier at any other time.

8. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
