This year, we were a major sponsor of this year's O2 Wireless festival in London’s Hyde Park on the 14th-17th June.
During the four-day event, we hosted the Fender® Experience - an inflatable dome situated directly opposite the main stage. This proved to be haven for guitar players new and old to visit and plug in and play and to shelter from the rain!
Included as part of the activities was 'Fender First Time', where complete beginners were taught how to play their first ever chords. Their reactions were caught on film for all to see!
Many of the festival's top artists were on hand to be interviewed about their love of Fender, music, touring, festivals and much more. The O2 Wireless Festival spread over four days with artists as diverse as The White Stripes, Queens of The Stone Age, Faithless, Kaiser Chiefs, Mark Ronson and Klaxons. Over 100,000 people attended and were part of the Fender Experience.
